The Guildhall is behind the Mansion House. The party will start at 7pm and finish at 11pm prompt.

There will be light nibbles, a bar, music and cake. Unfortunely this is a child free evening, so please get your babysitters booked in if you need them!

For those who are not familiar with the Guildhall and the centre of York:

There is unfortunately no parking directly outside the venue. There is however public parking nearby, with the closest being the Esplanade Car Park, Radio York Car Park and Marygate Car Park - all 5 to 10mins walk away.

Taxis can also drive up to the square outside the Mansion House for those not wishing to drive in.

The venue is fully accessible, so for those who find stairs tricky please be reasurred that the venue can be accessed on one level, with a slight ramp to the main entrance.

Please note that the venue is strictly no smoking or vaping, and for those who wish to, you will need to exit the grounds of the Guildhall to smoke/vape on Coney Street. A little map is below with a clearer view of how the Guildhall can be found.

MOST IMPORTANT THING

Please can we ask that you RSVP through the medium we contacted you (messenger, text, email), as we need to make a confirmed named guest list for admittance into the Guidlhall, as there will be security on the large entrance gates which sit to the right of the Mansion House on the evening.

In the RSVP please indicate the first and second names - we know many of your ‘other halves’ by first name only, but we will need surnames for the security team’s entrance list.

SECOND MOST IMPORTANT THING

This invitation to you personally, we will have indicated to you in the message if the invitation is for just you, or you and a plus-one. Please do not share this web page. We can’t invite everyone we would like to due to the 200 capacity limit at the Guildhall.

Please do check back here - we may need to update some information. If it is very important, we will message you, but with 200 people attending, it takes a while.

AFTERWARDS

The group is likely to splinter to go onwards to later venues - but rest assured there will be somewhere to go.
